About the artist
Pamela Kroll has a BFA in Studio Arts from the University of Arizona (1972). She did extended study in fiber arts with Neda Al-Hilali at UCLA (1975). She is currently working with acrylic, collage, and multimedia, incorporating three-dimensional elements into her pieces. Her images reflect an interest in nature, myth, folk-art, and symbols from all cultures. They have an iconographic and sometimes humorous quality. The work is presented in her own carved and hand painted frames.
