About the artist

Dave and Boni Deal are masters in the art of raku, a form of pottery known for spectacular and sometimes, unpredictable results. Their work is a unique collaboration of talents, where Dave throws elegant pots and Boni finishes them with Northwest-inspired patterns of birds and plants against raku's typically bright and metallic sheen.
